Using coaching techniques like active listening, goal setting and focused feedback at work can enable your employees to develop more effectively. Coaching frameworks can be applied to many situations to enhance employee conversations and improve performance.

Course features

Coaching skills is a one-day workshop followed by 1 to 1 coaching.

This workshop provides a thorough introduction to the skills and techniques of coaching others at work. Participants learn a coaching framework which can be used in a variety of situations from short informal discussions to formal appraisals and will enable participants to help others to continuously improve – as well as themselves.

Participants will be able to:

Presenting with Impact

Our two-day workshop shows you how to plan and deliver a presentation effectively and confidently. This blended workshop combines both skill building, practical delivery and coaching.

Course Features

Our practical step-by-step approach to effective presentations covers all aspects of presenting in a business context. This workshop builds both individual preparation and confidence as well as introducing tools, techniques and tips to make the most of your presenting opportunities.

Participants will be able to:

    • Consider the target audience when planning style and content
    • Be aware of the most effective ways to deliver your message (F2F / Virtual / media / storytelling)
    • Deliver presentations confidently and professionally in a controlled environment
    • Understand the importance of body language and vocal delivery
    • Identify key strengths and development areas as a presenter and increase self-awareness of your own style
    • Structure, plan and prepare a clear and effective presentation
    • Develop a positive mindset within team to learning and supporting each other
